It is good we be frank with ourselves in this country the country for the past 10 years has been a very bad one with no recomendable and evident proof to show forth a good result. Shutting down the department in the teaching hospitals shouldn't be an alarming thing since we know many of our doctors has been on a run for the past 8 years this is what we call brain drain.
