If you know someone who’s depressed, please resolve never to ask them why. Depression isn’t a straightforward response to a bad situation; depression just is, like the weather.
Try to understand the blackness, lethargy, hopelessness, and loneliness they’re going through. Be there for them when they come through the other side. It’s hard to be a friend to someone who’s depressed, but it is one of the kindest, noblest, and best things you will ever do.

Work hard; Stay humble.

Success is a beautiful thing. But unbridled by humility, it can also be an ugly, selfish, all-consuming endeavor.

Never forget your roots.
Never forget the sacrifices others made on your behalf.
Never forget how hard you worked to get where you are today.
Never forget to say thank you.
Never forget that everything comes at a price.
Never forget to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Never forget that who you are is so much greater than what you do.
Never forget that it’s not always about you.

Remember these and you will be golden.

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
We’re all figuring out this thing called life as we grow through it. We’re all doing the best we can based on the information and resources we have at our disposal. But some things are simply better learned through experience.

Do your best. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. You will do better when you know how. And you often only find out when you get there.

Be nice to yourself.
That little voice that tells you you’re killin’ it (or not) is way more powerful than you might think. Make an effort to be kind to yourself and, if you do slip up, try to challenge any negative thoughts.
A good rule of thumb is to speak to yourself in the same way that you’d speak to your mates. This can be really hard at first, but practise makes perfect.

Don't let envy over power your effort it is an endless marathon, never measure your achievements and happiness against someone else you are successful as long as you can enjoy the fruit of you labour and even get to share it with someone else,

“Two things define you: your patience when you have nothing and your attitude when you have everything.”
Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.

Never stop at the sight of failure ,always pick and dust yourself back up, failure is isn't an end but reason to try better. Know this and know peace.

Today is life-- the only life you are sure of. Make the most of today. Get interested in something. Shake yourself awake. Develop a hobby. Let the winds of enthusiasm sweep through you. Live today with delight.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be saved for the “big” things in life. The habit of being grateful starts with appreciating every good thing in life and recognizing that there is nothing too small for you to be thankful for.

Even if it is as simple as appreciating the clear weather or how quickly you finished at the banking hall the other day , don’t leave anything out when practicing your gratitude.
