Everton have been handed a 10-point penalty by the Premier League for breaching Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules. The club was found to have exceeded acceptable losses in the 2021-22 season, and as a result, they have been docked points immediately.
This is a massive blow for Everton, who were already struggling near the bottom of the table. The 10-point deduction will send them crashing to the bottom of the league and are now 19th in the table making it very difficult for them to avoid relegation.
