Just follow my train of thought for a second :
What if those bombings on civilians in Kaduna were intentionally done to draw the attention of the government towards disbursing some funds to the army? I mean, since the government is throwing billions left and right to cronies, why won't the army get their own share? So after bombing, they will claim it was because their system is faulty, now they need the above billions to retool it.
Abeg, the army I'm referring to is " not" Nigerian Army o.
