We need to URGENTLY SCRAP the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.
The truth is that there was no Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation before Pres. Buhari and yet social problems were solved with less corruption over the years.
This ministry from all indications is conduit pipe to loot money in the name cash transfer to poor of the poor, relief to victims of disasters, school feeding, etc.

PDP really messed up, should have just expelled Wike during the crisis and back the governor 100% to raise his own structure. Instead they sat back and allowed APC to settle a PDP matter. APC wants to keep Rivers in 2027 and PDP is helping them to achieve it.
