This will end up like the rest. How many states are paying the current 30k? In Imo State promotion are merely notional without any financial implication. And the minimum wage is probably less than 20k.

I am sure these guys are not really serious with this thing they are doing. Increments in salary will only invite inflation. For me, I think what the workers shout fight for is the naira purchasing power. If my salary is 20k, I should be able to purchase good things with it.

I wish I could condemn Nigeria military but I honestly can't. Those on the battlefield are doing all the could to keep this country safe but the ogas at the top are hell bent on making life miserable for them. They are not properly equipped not because there is no fund for that but that some untouchables who are in high command, who are also enemies of this nation would never allow that but instead they are busy diverting such funds.
