The legal framework and constitution that hold Nigeria, are fraudulent and not helping in moving the country forward. Since independence, it has been one step forward, two steps backward.

I doubt that INEC has constitutional rights/ power to do that. If it has, application over withdrawal of appeal should be extended to all states of the federal have election tribunal casas.

One death too many! Abuja is not safe anymore. The FCT Police authority must be alive to its responsibilities. A lot of these criminals have set up camps in bushes and isolated places in Abuja.
