It is good that someone has spoken concerning this cyber security levy, it doesn't make sense. This is just like daylight robbery, these commercial banks have been charging too much from our accounts for little transactions.

It should be rated the last if the price of fuel they produce is not the cheapest, this refinery should make an impact in Nigeria. Dangote should see it as a help being rendered to the people other than means of money extortion.

The price of fuel generally is suppose to drop because of this improvement, if it doesn't drop, then Dangote and his team have failed on this particular one.
