Evolution is just a theory, and there's no solid evidence to support it. It's more likely that these changes in the magnetic field were caused by natural fluctuations, not some grand evolutionary process.

The state is already congested, a suitable alternative is to leave Lagos entirely if you are displaced because it is almost impossible restarting life comfortably there, the place is too rowdy

I agree with the stance on increasing the minimum wage. With the rising cost of living, workers should be able to afford basic necessities. A living wage of N615,000 seems like a reasonable proposal
