Whatever is happening between the Federal government and NNPCL is not funny anymore.
Let the cupboard be opened so that all Nigerians will see the skeleton. This blame game is not helping matters.

It is saddening to hear such news but the question here is why are local boat owners not forced to buy safety vest and carry to the capacity instead of overloading?
