Indeed the government have dark secrets in their cupboards, if not I see no reason why Shaibu was impeached. Government should try and keep a straight record so that no one will have any of their secrets to leak

I don't know where this practice is done any where in the world, but instead of giving loan to students why not reduce the cost of fees so that everyone can fo to school and pay their fees conveniently.
