This goes to show that Wike has started seeing Rivers state as his personal inheritance. What does he mean by "ingrates"? So he really wants the present governor to be giving him a whopping 40% of the state monthly allocation while the people suffer? That's wickedness.

I thought they have resolved their differences. Rivers state will never be another Lagos where one man controlled the state treasury for decades. Wike should take note.
