The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and astronomical Services Administration said that a new Low Pressure area(LPA) was sighted and the place have been seriously flooded due to the southwest monsoon which is enhanced by typhoon Carina. Carina was felt in the area even it didn't make landfall in the philippines .The government employees affected by the enhanced Southwest monsoon will he granted special emergency leave and the Government Service Insurance System is offering an emergency loan to help victims of typhoon Carina. It is a relief that Typhoon Carina is no longer directly affects the country apart from Extreme Northern Luzon but many regions still experiencing heavy rainfall.
