Changing the looks of the old notes is okay since other countries do it but then, it still doesn't change the fact that our currency is devalued. It doesn't stop dollar from being ₦1,640 neither does it stop us from buying stuffs. The problem remains; what will happen to the old notes that may remain in people's possession and what type of chaos will it cause this time?
