Sometimes I wonder where all these MONEY that are being mentioned are coming from and with all it inappropriate allocation. Does it mean Federal Government has all these kind of MONEY and people are languishing in poverty? It's bad omen.

I haven't seen a confused country like Nigeria. You never provide any source of living for the people and you want them to declare their means of wealth. Whereas the officials has billions which they can't account for. Let the declaration start from the top.
Mind you this is an Avenue for the police and other force that will be involved to defraud potential earners and how will they carry out this task? This power drunk officials are sick in mind.
