58,500 bags divide by 36 States in the country = 1,625 bags. Then divide the 1,625 bags by 774 local governments of the country = 2.. 0994832041 which is less than 3 bags for 1 local government. So, this is how politicians will continue to fool the majority of Nigerians that constitute 99 percent of the population. Something has to be done either here or hereafter.
