Sad that the politicians in control of California didn't listen to the wishes of the voters 9 years ago and build more water storage. Instead the majority of the water is Flowing out to the Rising ocean.

After reading the article it sounds like no damage was done. He hit the tie and collar which protected the neck area. At least that is what I got out of it.
