Why should we have Dollar black market? Only banks should sell Dollars at official price. But Bank MD's receive Dollars from CBN, refuse to sell to customers over the counter but send the Dollars to aboki to profiteer. CBN knows this and is not doing anything about it. We know what to do to help Naira but we don't. We play politics with everything including human lives.
