In secondary school, we learnt about domestic trade. We learnt about foreign trade. The currency for domestic trade is the local currency. The currency for foreign trade is foreign currency. We have the oil. The refinery is here. The supplier of crude oil is here. Why should we go out to source for foreign currency to do domestic trade? Black man with black mind.
