Opay and Palmpay Accounts Discontinued

Apparently all our efforts to combat operating of multiple mindviewers accounts by the same individual still suffers a major loophole in that Opay and Palmpay allows people to basically create account in another person name.

We here can't be bearing the consequences of that loose system. It is extremely crucial that we eliminate spam accounts from the system.

Hence, you can only withdraw to other banks.
