“Lol... how do these people pull off such stunts with so much ease? Another huge chunk of the budget will go to security, and another to human capital development. We know how these things usually end: 5% of the security funds will be used to gag the press to avoide any incriminating report, while the rest disappears into individual accounts. Come 2025, they'll budget another huge amount and repeat the cycle. Meanwhile, terrorists are busy pounding newborn babies for breakfast in Sambisa forest. Sadly, Nigerians aren't ready for change yet.”
