Both the Fedral High Court and the State High Court are Courts of Concurrent Jurisdiction and can both entertain the case. But it's better that the Federal Court is handling it.

The political office holders including the lawmakers should get minimum wage if at all we want to be fair to both sides. After all, they're technically elected to work for the masses so they're workers, too.

I wholly agree with Governor Lawal, the political will is missing. Obviously, some people are making money from the act; unfortunately it's not foreigners who are responsible but Nigerians, Northerners, Muslims. That's so pathetic to say the least!

That's my Governor. One of the few dignified individuals to entrust power with. He spoke the truth, if elected officials are to earn minimum wage they would have reacted differently giving to the call of Labour. I love Soludo for his position on critical national matters.
