Why do these guys find pleasure in misleading the public, at least the vast number of those who have no knowledge of the law. The Court declared the sacking null and void, reason being that without jurisdiction a court lacks the judicial lifeblood to adjudicate on a case. You can't place something on nothing and expect it to stand.
