3 Keypoints From: Divine Love

  • 'More than conquerors' simply means winning without fighting. God loves you, and He will fight for you. (Romans 8:31)
  • Sometimes, even the members of a fellow's household will hate him ore her (Matthew 10:36). It will be childish for someone to think that everybody loves him or her.
  • One of the many things that God's love does for you is that it gives you victories for battles you are not even aware of. (Isaiah 54:15)

  • “As a child of God, your confidence should be in knowing that God loves you and that when evil forces gather against you, He will always scatter them. Say: 'Thank You Jesus for loving me.'”

Memorise: For the mountains shall depart, and the hills shall be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee. (Isaiah 54:10)

3 Keypoints From: The Word Of God

  • The word of God has absolute authority, any believer who knows the Scriptures will always be above the wiles of the devil and his cohorts.
  • The devil could not argue against that weapon ("It is written") ; all he did was to also quote the word of God and try to give it a wrong interpretation. (Matthew 4:1-11)
  • • The word of God must be like food to you. (Jeremiah 15:16) It will bring you so much joy because, all of a sudden, you will realise that you are called by the name of the Lord of Hosts.

“If you don’t study the word of God, how will you know the God that you claim to be serving and the blessings that He has made available for you in Him? This is why there are many powerless Christians today.

MEMORISE: The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. *(Psalm 119:130) *

  • “Wonderful things happen at the mention of the name of Jesus. Therefore, when next you find yourself in a situation that needs to be brought under control, just shout the name of Jesus, and every force will submit to His authority.”

3 Keypoints From: The Joy Of The Lord

  • If you are yet to experience the kind of joy that goes beyond your circumstances, give your life to Christ today and live holy. You will begin to experience joy that you will find difficult to explain.
  • Some people have been born again for a long time but have lost their joy; because they started disobeying Jesus. (John 15:10-11)
  • If you really want that joy that chases depression and sorrow away forever, you need to obey Jesus and abide in His love. God's commandments are not grievous. (1 John 5:3)

  • “The secret to real joy is in obeying the commandments of Jesus Christ. Commit to always obey Him, and as you begin to live for Him, His joy will flood your heart, unexplainably.”

Memorise: For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. (Isaiah 55:12)

    3 Keypoints From: Divine Strength

  • Having big muscles does not necessarily reflect how strong a person is. If strength is based on physical appearance alone, David would not have defeated Goliath (1 Samuel 17:42)
  • Everyone has something or someone that they depend on as their strength. However, the greatest strengths comes from above. (Psalm 121:1-2)
  • The strength that come from the Lord is absolutely reliable: not only is it supreme, it is always constant. (Hebrews 13:8) and comprehensive (Philippians 4:13)

  • “Do not be satisfied with your natural strength alone because it is very limited. Like David, look up to God for strength to overcome all of life's challenges and do the impossible. Our God is faithful, and can be relied on.

Memorise: The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11)

3 Keypoints From: He Never Fails

  • When people seek solution to their problems outside God, they end up failing, even if it sometimes seems that they were solved initially.
  • God said in Psalm 50:15 that you should call on Him in the day of trouble and He will answer.
  • Ensure that you are close to God before the day of trouble comes, so that He will listen to you when you call. Sin can stop Him from hearing a person's call. (Isaiah 59:1)

  • “Live holy so theat in the day of trouble, when you call on God, He will hear you. Evertyhing else may fail, but Jesus never fails.

Memorise: My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. (Psalm 73:36)

3 Keypoints From: Godly Wisdom Vs. Worldly Wisdom

  • Any kind of wisdom that does not agree with the word of God is the wisdom of this world.
  • It may seem good and also seem to yield temporary results, but if it is not of God, it will eventually become foolishness. (1 Corinthians 1:20)
  • The Lord has superior wisdom for you, and He said that you only need to ask in order to get it (James 1:5).

  • “When you begin to use His wisdom, you may seem foolish at first to the people who are using the wisdom of the world, but I tell you from experience, sooner or later, you will have excellent results. Better still, your results will endure, and you will keep on excelling, long after the so-called results of the people who relied on the wisdom of the world have been forgotten.”

MEMORISE: For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. (1 Corinthians 3:19)

3 Keypoints From: Two Are Better Than One

  • There is an exponential increase in strength when a fellow is not alone. (Deuteronomy 32:30)
  • Two good heads are better than one. Evil communication corrupts good manners (1 Corinthians 15:33).
  • Make sure your friends are people with good heads on their shoulders. If you put a bad apple in a bowl with good ones, the bad apple will make the others rotten as well.

  • “If you are unmarried, you must be extra careful when choosing a spouse. It is better not to be married at all than to get married to a bad spouse. Take your time to hear from God first. Get many confirmations that the fellow you want to get married to is not a fool. Do not think you can change him or her after marriage.”

MEMORISE: For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. (Ecclesiastes 4:10)

3 Keypoints From: Trust Not In Riches

  • As powerful as money can be, there's a limit to what it can achieve: It can fail (Genesis 47:15-16) and it can develop wings and fly away. (Proverbs 23:5)
  • You should not put your trust in money as whosoever does so will be greatly disappointed. (Proverbs 11:28)
  • Only Jesus can be relied on; to stand by you and help you when everything else fails.

  • “If a fellow has all the money in the world but does not have Jesus, he or she is finished. There is absolutely no profit in having all the money in the world and missing heaven. (Mark 8:36)

Memorise: A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things. (Ecclesiastes 10:19)

    3 Keypoints From: Youthful Strength

  • There are many people today who constantly regret how they spent their youth.
  • Some do not have a stable marriage or a good source of income because of how they lived their lives when they were much younger. They sacrificed having a good future on the alter of 'having fun'.
  • Your strength as a youth will not last forever, you will have to face the result of the seeds that you sowed in your youth. (Ecclesiastes 11:9-10)

  • “The glory of the youth is in their strength; however this strength must not be used selfishly, or to engage in sexual immorality or pursue worldly pleasures. Rather, use your strength to work for God as this is the primary reason for making you strong.”

Memorise: Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; (Ecclesiastes 12:1)

3 Keypoints From: The Purpose Of Your Mouth

  • The most important reason God created your mouth is for you to sing and shout to Him. (Psalm 98:4)
  • You may not be able to sing as beautifully as the choristers in your church, but God knows that everybody can shout. Make a joyful noise unto Him, everywhere. (Psalm 98:4)
  • God loves it when you praise Him. When you shout and sing to Him, He is pleased with you and will draw near to you. (Psalm 22:3)

  • “When you open your mouth to praise God at all times, He will draw near to you and abide with you continually. As a result, you will enjoy the numerous pleasures in Him presence forevermore (Psalm 16:11) and experience His peace at all times, irrespective of what is goin on around you.”

Memorise: My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever. (Psalm 145:21)
