I think you should tackle the major cause of insecurity in the country ( hunger) first.

All this came to be as a result of bad leadership in government if the leaders in this three countries were competent enough, all these coups and exit wouldn't happened. with all that is happening or has happend in our neighboring countries in Africa; Tinubu don't what to learn from it. does he think he will go free if one day things goes funny in this country and I doubt if his family will survive it to.
