It's still a far cry. We need more competent hands in the industry to stem the tide shylocks insatiable exploitation of the masses. Federal government should do the needful by granting cement license to other competent people to drive the market.

State policing will not be the ultimate, Community and Local Government Policing is the only magic solution to all these mess. State police will still be a clog in the wheel.
