Nothing wrong with this judgment. The military has special laws overseeing their conduct which is quite different from the civilian law. His actions are not an offence under civilian law but it is under the military law. Jail term and dishonorable discharge means no pension or benefits for the dismissed soldier. So what happens to the woman, I guess on the other hand, the adulterous woman will be freed so as to open her legs to another victim.

Things like this are minor cases that can be solved easily, the government should open a reserve where fuel is stored and there won't be scarcity.
