It's fine the trip was cancelled, let the Foreign minister go instead. The President has been away and the Presidency keeps mum on his whereabouts and now the VP wants to leave the country too. I shouldn't work like that.

Coming from a region that has hundreds of regional issues to address. Fuel scarcity shouldn't be problem to Northern Groups because a good number of their folks still make journeys with donkeys, camels and horses.
