In a country where almost nothing works, things continues to go bad... provisions of WAEC examination centres with cctv cameras and incorruptible security operatives could easily curb this issue, but like I said, there are no specific WAEC exam centres, no cctv monitoring and worst of all, no incorruptible invigilators, so will continue to withhold people's results.
