This is just another reminder of how fragile the global health infrastructure is, I mean we are more bothered about surviving financially than health wise. I had a research like this done for my final year project and one of the solutions to this is that, the international community has to provide urgent support and resources to combat the outbreak especially to protect the vulnerable population (the poor).

The plane can be seized if there's illegality during the transaction that made the plane to change ownership.
The plane doesn't have immunity because according to the article, it says Venezuela president's plane not Venezuela's presidential plane.
All these world powers can show theirselves sha, if na them do illegal deal for third world countries, dem no born dem well to seize their property.

The only reason why Tinubu picked Shettima as his VP was to re-enact the muslim-muslim ticket of his mentor Abiola who also picked a VP from Borno state. Shettima in his own capacity is too dull for that position
