Let's start hearing about incidents like this, and I hope the affected individuals can sue the reckless DisCos if they refuse to comply. These power companies do whatever they like with reckless abandon, as there are no agencies to check their excesses. How can you seize power for weeks without prior notice to consumers and still send outrageous bills at the end of the month?
