Lol... how do these people pull off such stunts with so much ease? Another huge chunk of the budget will go to security, and another to human capital development. We know how these things usually end: 5% of the security funds will be used to gag the press to avoide any incriminating report, while the rest disappears into individual accounts. Come 2025, they'll budget another huge amount and repeat the cycle. Meanwhile, terrorists are busy pounding newborn babies for breakfast in Sambisa forest. Sadly, Nigerians aren't ready for change yet.

Why not? Nigerian surveyors are not kind. They have refused to make snares with their theodolites, GPS, and EDM and trap down the terrorists. They allowed the military, who are trained to stay in the kitchen and make good dishes with their loaded rifles, to go into the bush and be killed like flies by terrorists. Very unpatriotic of those surveyors!
