Am sure that the motives of anyone one or group of people to burn down a police station is to leave the community vulnerable to their heinous crime whenever they wish to carry it out. This is arson and mustn't be treated with kids gloves.

Doesn't it say something about the consumption patterns though? That there are more consumers in the North and West than anywhere else in the country. I am not defending the supply or consumption of narcotics but just looking at things from a data analysis perspective
