I commend the Nigerian Navy for their swift and effective response to the distress call from the Itolu community. I appreciate their efforts to arrest the suspects and recover the exhibits. How can the federal government refuse to refund the money spent by the states on federal roads? What is the point of having a federal allocation system, if the states have to bear the burden of maintaining the roads that are under the federal jurisdiction?
