The government robbed Peter to pay Paul. The same rice you banned and labeled chemical rice, siezed from an importer who probably took loan from bank that's what you are selling to the public. This is one of the reasons Nigeria can NEVER progress as a nation.

So in proper context, only 5% of Nigerians worth $300.. that's some people's daily earnings in countries our leaders usually compare Nigeria with when they want to talk about fuel price being cheap in Nigeria.
