How sure are you! A president who don't know his citizens are suffering because of lack of food to eat, fuel scarcity, no power supply and poor infrastructure that is causing flooding in some part of the country. For the first time the court of justice prove to be court of justice. Let local government get their allocation directly from the federal. Because in most cases before the allocation get to the local government council it will not be enough to developed the local government. Some LG only pay salaries with their allocation.
