I laugh when I saw people celebrating local government autonomy like say it's actually independent in reality.

fact is that little or nothing will change because as far as it's the state that still conduct the elections.
They're just elected by constitution but selected and appointed in reality.
you know things like this comes with negotiations.

The meeting is to have the governors know that any subsisting caretakers committee for LGAs are now null and void by law. The LG is clearly autonomous financially.

I don't advice a child to use any electronics devices like phone, iPad, even if it is for educational purposes because every soon the child will need the iPad more than he wants his book.
