The warning alone wouldn't suffice, there should be an existing measures to curtail the impact of the impending disaster. Security of life is one among the many responsibilities of a responsible government and this current administration should live up to its responsibilities. We don't want what happen to Borno to replicate itself or it's prototype anywhere anytime in the foreseeable future.
