I've noticed one important thing with all these ongoing wars. It seems that attention is quickly drawn when the war is still in it's first 12 to 15 months but when it progressed further nobody cares again. This war in Sudan has being going on for over a year or more now and everyone is quite.

This was how His Excellency Godswill Akpabio struggled and stutter while on the plenary trying to pronounce some amounts to the tone of Billions, too. It's highly embarrassing but that doesn't mean that the Governor is less of capable of the task ahead of him only because he finds it difficult pronouncing figures.
