This is presumption. Moreover, the stage we are in now outweighs the logic of abuse by governors . State police is necessary. It conforms with the tenet of federalism.

The Ivory Coast government has bought all the tickets for the AFCON final for its citizens. This means that Nigerian fans won't be able to buy tickets to watch the match and cheer the Super Eagles on.
