Even the goat and chicken knew that INEC rigged the election. I would suggest they put a foreign person as the INEC chairman while Yakubu resigns.

I wondered if the driver was under the influence of something that he didn't know that the train was crossing because as usual the train will be blowing it's loud horn and he still didn't hear it.

So they didn't know the BVAS wasn't good and used it for presidential elections now they want to reconfigure it. There's something still hidden about INEC and the presidential election that they are yet to tell us.
