This is not enough to stabilize Naira finally but it will bring a bit of succour and Naira can gain little strength against dollar. Nigeria's import bill is far beyond 1 billion dollars annually and will continue to rise as the population rises. Export maximization or promotion to supersede or be at par with import bills is the most strategic solution.
