I thought of the soothing word to write to my dear friends today, and then I got inspired to pen this down.
Maybe it could be just because of you reading this now.

𝙄𝙏'𝙎 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙔𝙀𝙏.
I know you may have been thinking, what exactly have I achieved this month or even this year.
Or, what can I do to make something out of this year.
𝙊𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙡.
I understand that feeling so well.
I remember years back, how I felt so sad that I’m still at home when all my mates are already in school, some married while some graduates and I also remember the words of my mum to me that made me remain shut.

She said, “Can you tell how many of your mates are in the grave? Do you know how many of them are out there paying for the breath you are receiving free of charge?” ✿◉●•◦
Those words hit me hard and I became so dumb.
The problem with humans most times is that, we tend to focus on things that are not going well for us.
We tend to focus on that problem we’re encountering.
We tend to focus on the discouragement and turn blind eye to the blessings we have received from God.
Dear reader, though it seems to you that nothing good can come out of you anymore.
𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐭.
Your being alive today is a great blessing you should be thankful for, even surviving this year alone is already a handful.
Your ability to still breath freely should make you wake up every morning and see positivity and possibility in life.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 last month 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁.

When there’s life, there’s abundant hope.
Nevermind what anybody will say to you dear, or make yourself depressed just because of what that person said to you.
Take your journey one step at a time.
