REST - Don′t kill yourself with stress.
Stress is a slow killer. It kills slowly without someone noticing it. Please don′t die before your time - REST!

Rest is very good for your health. Consistent resting is very good for your total well-being.
If you don′t rest enough, you won′t live long enough because stress will be destroying your cells,& your well-being will be declining gradually.

Some sudden deaths are the result of accumulated stress.

Three types of stress you should avoid are:
1. Physical stress
2. Mental stress
3. Emotional stress.
  • Physical stress is caused by working too hard or too much without eating well & without resting well.
  • Mental & Emotional stress are caused by too much thinking, worries,& anxieties. When some people claim to be resting, they′re still working themself up mentally & emotionally.

  • When you rest, take worries & anxieties away from your mind.
    Free your mind! Enjoy some moments of inner peace.
