Bitterness is a killer of good things. Joy is a fertilizer, it increases fertility that gives high productivity.

Joy is a gift from God. Devil can't give it.
In everything you get check if it lacks Joy and peace it is not sustainable; it can't stand the test of time.

Joy is a signal from the realm of the spirit, so is bitterness and grief.

Bitterness and grief is a signal that there is an attack from the pit of hell or a signal of God's displeasure.

Joy is a signal of God's approval or pleasure in what you do.

Never allow bitterness in your marriage. It is deadly. Don't give the devil a minute; he will cause a damage of 3 decades.

The best gift you can ever get from your husband is a spiritual covering. His blessings supercede any other thing you can think of.

All things were made by him and for him. All things were made for his pleasure.

Never live your life based on what's trending, don't follow bad things that are in Vogue. Don't live your life like others in the quest to belong or feel among. Don't be under pressure to catch up with anyone.

Be more interested in the transformation of your mind than any other things.
A transformed mind is what sustain everything you possess including relationships. Psalms 23:5 talk about Anointing of the head, this talks about the illumination of the mind.
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Proverbs 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver! Proverbs 19:8 He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Flee from all appearance of evil. We have to be intentional about the do and don't. Set boundaries. Watch and pray. Shalom.

Follow God genuinely with all your heart and he will sustain you in all your ways.
If Jesus is your strength and source you can never be weary.

Enter into the fold. your sustainability is in the allocation.
