How to Win
I have been getting some questions such as: "How do I compete and win stories?", "Why don't I get enough engagements on my stories?", "Why do my stories continue getting flagged?"
First, let's start with why your stories get flagged. Basically, the story section requires a logical captivating writeup that is preferably genuine and not copied, but several of you copy from Facebook and other social media and dump it here which is plainly out of proportion.
Choosing a niche: I love reading true life stories, it gives me this uncertainty and suspense that makes me want to read more, people love the same thing too. Posting regularly about the spirit and the humans, the dog and the bone makes us tired and most times we don't even want to like the story when you seek support. It mustn't be a real-life story though, but gives us something new and thrilling.
Now that we have all found the secret to writing a perfect story, let's quickly talk about engagements.
We can have a good story better than all those competing in a day but not enough likes to show for it.
Once you are done writing a story, the next thing to do is to share. Click the share button, long-press the link, and copy.
I mostly copy to WhatsApp groups, where I have already left a mark and they don't delay in supporting me.
You can share to Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and the rest, and even if you don't end up winning the story game, you will definitely be compensated for the newcomers who signed up through your story link.
GOOD LUCK.
