How to Win

How to Win
I have been getting some questions such as: "How do I compete and win stories?", "Why don't I get enough engagements on my stories?", "Why do my stories continue getting flagged?"

First, let's start with why your stories get flagged. Basically, the story section requires a logical captivating writeup that is preferably genuine and not copied, but several of you copy from Facebook and other social media and dump it here which is plainly out of proportion.

Choosing a niche: I love reading true life stories, it gives me this uncertainty and suspense that makes me want to read more, people love the same thing too. Posting regularly about the spirit and the humans, the dog and the bone makes us tired and most times we don't even want to like the story when you seek support. It mustn't be a real-life story though, but gives us something new and thrilling.

Now that we have all found the secret to writing a perfect story, let's quickly talk about engagements.
We can have a good story better than all those competing in a day but not enough likes to show for it.

Once you are done writing a story, the next thing to do is to share. Click the share button, long-press the link, and copy.
I mostly copy to WhatsApp groups, where I have already left a mark and they don't delay in supporting me.
You can share to Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and the rest, and even if you don't end up winning the story game, you will definitely be compensated for the newcomers who signed up through your story link.

GOOD LUCK.

Homemade Mosquito Repellant

Homemade Mosquito Repellant
Here's a recipe for a natural mosquito repellent using easy-to-find ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 30-40 drops of essential oil (choose from options such as citronella, eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, lemongrass, or tea tree oil)
- 2 tablespoons of witch hazel, rubbing alcohol, or vodka (as a carrier liquid)
- 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil (such as olive oil, coconut oil, or sunflower oil)
- Distilled water
- Small spray bottle

Instructions:
1. Choose your essential oil(s): Essential oils like citronella, eucalyptus, and lemongrass are known for their insect-repelling properties. You can use one type of essential oil or create a blend for added effectiveness and a pleasant scent.

2. Mixing the repellent: In a small bowl, combine the essential oil(s) with your chosen carrier liquid (witch hazel, rubbing alcohol, or vodka). Stir well to ensure the oils are thoroughly mixed with the carrier liquid.

3. Adding the carrier oil: Next, add the carrier oil to the essential oil mixture. The carrier oil will help the repellent adhere to your skin.

4. Transferring to a spray bottle: Once the oils and liquids are combined, pour the mixture into a small spray bottle. Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water, leaving a little space at the top to allow for shaking before each use.

5. Shake and use: Secure the spray bottle cap and shake the mixture well before each use to ensure the oils are evenly distributed. To use, simply spray the repellent directly onto exposed skin, or onto clothing, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Reapply the repellent as needed.

Prostrate Cancer

Prostrate Cancer
The treatment for prostate cancer depends on several factors including the stage of cancer, the aggressiveness of the tumor, the overall health of the patient, and their personal preferences. Treatment options may include:

1. Active Surveillance: For low-risk prostate cancer, your doctor may recommend closely monitoring the cancer with regular prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood tests, digital rectal examinations, and periodic biopsies to determine if the cancer progresses.

2. Surgery: Surgical options include a radical prostatectomy, where the entire prostate gland is removed, or a robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy. In some cases, the surgeon may also remove nearby lymph nodes, especially if cancer has spread.

3. Radiation Therapy: This treatment uses high-powered energy to kill cancer cells. Options include external beam radiation therapy or brachytherapy, where radioactive seeds are implanted directly into the prostate.

4. Hormone Therapy: This treatment aims to suppress the production of the male hormone testosterone, which can encourage the growth of prostate cancer cells. This can be achieved through medications or surgical removal of the testes.

5. Chemotherapy: This approach uses drugs to kill fast-growing cells, including cancer cells. Chemotherapy may be recommended for advanced prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.

6. Immunotherapy: This treatment uses medications to stimulate the body's immune system to recognize and destroy cancer cells.

7. Targeted Therapy: This approach uses medications that target specific abnormalities present within cancer cells.

8. Cryotherapy or High-intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU): These are less invasive treatments that involve freezing or destroying cancer cells using focused ultrasound energy.

9. Palliative Care: This type of care focuses on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness and aims to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their family.

The best treatment approach for prostate cancer is determined on an individual basis in consultation with a medical oncologist, urologist, and other specialists. It is important for patients to discuss the risks and benefits of each treatment option with their healthcare team to make an informed decision.

Muscle Pull

Muscle Pull
If muscle pulls occur frequently and consistently, it may lead to advanced negative effects. This can include chronic pain and weakness in the affected muscle, which can limit physical activity and negatively impact overall health and well-being.

Additionally, repeated muscle pulls can lead to the development of scar tissue, which can further restrict range of motion and cause ongoing discomfort. Scar tissue can also make the muscle more susceptible to reinjury in the future.

To prevent muscle pulls, it is recommended to engage in regular stretching and strengthening exercises to improve flexibility and muscle strength. Proper warm-up and cool-down routines should also be practiced before and after physical activity.

Effect of Sugar on men

Effect of Sugar on men
High sugar intake may have negative effects on the male reproductive system. Studies have shown that excessive consumption of sugar can lead to insulin resistance, inflammation, and oxidative stress which can negatively impact male fertility.

Insulin resistance is a condition where cells become resistant to the effects of insulin, causing glucose levels to rise. This can cause hormonal imbalances which can affect sperm production and quality. Inflammation and oxidative stress caused by high sugar consumption can also cause damage to sperm DNA which can lead to infertility.

To avoid these negative effects, it is important to limit sugar intake. Consuming a diet that is high in whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grains while limiting processed sugar is essential. Implementing regular exercise can also be beneficial in reducing insulin resistance and inflammation.

Moreover, avoiding sugary drinks such as soda and energy drinks, and opting for water, tea or freshly squeezed juice instead can also help to reduce sugar intake. It is also important to read food labels and be aware of hidden sources of sugar in processed foods.

In summary, high sugar intake can have a negative biological effect on the male reproductive system, but making healthy dietary and lifestyle choices can help to prevent these effects.

Treating Rashes by applying the easiest method

Treating Rashes by applying the easiest method
The best way to get rid of rashes using fruit remedies is to apply aloe vera gel on the affected area, as it has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe the skin. Additionally, mashing a banana and applying it as a paste can help alleviate itching and reduce redness. Lastly, placing slices of cool cucumber on the rash can provide relief by reducing swelling and irritation.
