The most people who come to defend eating breakfast are doctors and nutritionists.

They think since they have well decorated papers that they know everything. They are just puppets of the system.

In the so-called morning breakfast they eat;

- Sausages
- Bread
- Margarine
- Juices
- Pasteurized milk
- Sugar

All these are toxic foods and unhealthy to the gut.

After eating all this at 8am by10 am you will find them yawning like mongooses.

In the evening they will queue at a local pharmacy to buy antacids & H. Pyori kits.

STEP BACK.

Don't let anything or anyone drain you.

Don't give fourth and fifth chances to people who keep hurting you like they did the first, and second time.

Be forgiving, but not stupid.
