I don't know whether China is throwing their money to the river. It's hard to see anything grow in the past administration and even worse in the current one. This funding will keep us in even more bondage

70,000 is such a cheap pay. The average person alone spends within 15-20k weekly and you're proposing 70k for a month, not even including daily transport
