Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
You see, God by His Word shows us the good plans He has for us.
As we incline our ears to hear Him and our heart to understand it, faith will rise in our heart.
We will see possibilities where others see nothing
Faith perceives as real what is not yet revealed to the common sense.

No matter the circumstances, we must keep trusting God and put all our faith on Him

Four kinds of sight important for a leader to have

1. Eye-Sight: The normal ability to see
2. Hind-Sight: Seeing from behind. Reviewing the past events or happenings in the past and learning from it.
3. Fore-Sight: The ability to see ahead. It is the sight that helps a man to plan several years ahead.
4. Insight: The ability to see into things. It is alos called revelation. The revelation of God's mond to a leader is the secret workings of things.

Many people will not understand neither appreciate the sacrifice and effort you put in to make things work.
But, do not give up because greater is the end than the begining of a thing. And most times, people get to realize your value when they you are no longer there.

If a blind man falls into a ditch, he does so alone.
But when a leader falls into a ditch he does so with all who believe in him and admire him and follow him in faith thinking knows where he is leading them too.
